The Katerva Challenge

With an existing site the Katerva Challenge was looking for a new clean look, in a short time. The new Katerva Site was put together using a backend CMS and themed towards their new site functionality.

Katerva had a corporate image to express on the new web site, but they also wanted to prominently display their blog feed as they are a source of sustainability information. Blog feeds added to Katerva not only displayed in the blog section, but the feed itself is pulled on to the homepage. Giving the homepage a dynamic updated feel.

A section was dedicated to initiatives where Katerva would be following throughout the year to determine which would be deserving the Katerva Challange #1 Ranking. This type of site organization makes it easier for visitors to quickly identify featured items and follow along as the Challenge progresses.
